If you have been tuning in to the news for the past couple of weeks, or months even, you'll know why the people are calling Senator Antonio Trillanes IV the King of Press Conference.

He seems to be pooling in the media with every step he takes to show the people what he thinks. In yet another press conference at the Senate building, where he has been staying for more than a week since his amnesty was revoked, he brought with him Former DepEd Secretary Armin Luistro who "prayed" in front of the media.

Prayer or mockery?

What struck the netizens is how the said brother made it look like he is praying but is seemingly using the name of the Lord to blame Him and for their camp to look good.

"Diyos ko, Diyos ko, bakit mo kami pinabayaan?"

"Magpakilala kang Diyos na nagmamalasakit sa kanyang Bayan"

Luistro seemed to be making it like God doesn't care and have let the country fall to the wrath of the typhoon. With countless of victims who were buried under the rubble of the typhoon, he made it look like God was to blame, for not caring for our country.

Politics

And then the "prayer" entered politics.

"Diyos ko, Diyos ko, bakit mo kami pinabayaan?"

"Nagmistula kaming mga buang"

He went on and mentioned the extra judicial killing victims that they are readily blaming on the current government. As if the killings were results of God not caring and letting the country be.

Imposing

In the last part of his "prayer", he asks the Lord to start making His presence felt and to stop letting us be.

"Ipadama mo ang iyong lakas, wag kang magparaya."

After the "prayer" Trillanes went on with his piece. But the netizens are left puzzled, was that really a prayer?
