Hundreds of Engineering students showed overwhelming support for the current administration’s Build, Build, Build program during the National Civil Engineering Symposium.

In the recently conducted National Civil Engineering Symposium that was attended by hundreds of engineers and engineering students, one of the Build Build Build committee, Anna Mae Yu Lamentillo asked the attendees if they believe in the said program.


She was able to capture the moment where an overwhelming influx of support was given by the attendees, and she posted it on Facebook.

The program is one of the bigges programs started by President Rodrigo Duterte and his adinistration. The project aims to build establishments that can help people land jobs here in their own country.

Aside from that, it also aims to solve the worsening traffic in the Philippines by starting to fix EDSA and the nearby roads in Metro Manila.


Infrastructures are set to be built as well. A railway is set to connect Subic to Clark, and a North to South Expressway railway projects. A 1,500 hectare industrial park is now being started in Pampanga.

Meanwile, aside from these establishment and infrastructures, the irrigation and water resources of te wole country is also included.

People’s reactions


When the project was first introduced, a lot of people doubted and were against it. However, as more awareness was raised, people are becoming more supportive, just like the engineering students in this video.
